Prices
Prices are as set out on this website. It may, from time to time, be necessary to change prices either up or down. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will be confirmed with you when you make an order.

Mail Order Shipping & Handling
We try to keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might not have it in stock. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. We will notify you by email or Phone if any of your products are on "back order".

Processing & Shipments
After orders placed, we will wait for the payment to reflect on our account before we process. We will notify you by email or Phone about the Shipment. If the ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail or Phone.
 
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications.

No Refund or Exchange on the Cutting Items, Bridal Accessories & Patterns
